5. Who Was Sent The E-Mail Notice Of The Proposed Settlement?
PayPal made a reasonable effort to email notice to all persons whod a PayPal account between October 1, 1999 and January 31, 2004, except those resident in the countries excluded from this settlement, at the last primary email address known to PayPal. Notice will be published in USA Today, Newsweek, and People Magazine.
