19. Do I Have To Go To Court? I Do Not Want To Or Cannot Go To Court.
You do not have to go to court. To remain in the settlement, you do not have to do anything. To receive a cash payment, all you have to do is submit an online Claim Form, as provided for in the Class Notice.
